- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I sent in a payment on my account 2 weeks ago. When I arrived in the office for my appointment I was told I needed to pay the full balance or talk to their billing department. Right there at that moment. I don't appreciate being ambushed in the office at the reception desk regarding a past due balance. The billing department should have called me before my appointment if they needed to speak to me. I'm not going to discuss my financials in middle of their office for anyone and everyone to hear.
